Be part of launching our new campaign for the future of the refinery land! We're holding a socially distant parade around Grays Ferry to spread the news about the redevelopment of the refinery land and invite our neighbors to imagine how the process could support the health & wholeness of our communities. Philly Thrive will share our campaign objective & goals, as well as the first phase of collective action that we need you to join us in!
There will be a drum & drill team, fresh new banners, and lots of visions for future land use that supports our Right to Breathe.
Join us for some people powered action before the cold takes our organizing back online through the winter!
Masks required & social distancing will be practiced. If you'd prefer to join the parade from your car for accessibility and/or covid safety reasons, we will have supplies to decorate your car to be part of the car caravan at the rear of the parade!
