Managing Director, full-time (32-40 hours a week)
- Support sustainable organization-building, ensuring synergy of Philly Thrive’s basebuilding, campaign and policy work, community support programs
- Provide staff accountability and support the ongoing development of the member-led Board.
Building Manager, part-time (15 hours a week)
- Do routine cleaning & care, oversee maintenance issues & projects, and manage basic inventory of supplies in Philly Thrive's HQ, a multi-use space utilized for small and large meetings, office work, storage of Thrive’s materials and equipment, and other community activities.
