Declarations hold a lot of weight here in Philadelphia. Two hundred years ago, the Declaration of Independence announced our inalienable rights as citizens. On November 23, 2015, WE THE PEOPLE are declaring our fundamental Right to Breathe.

Of course, the old declaration left a lot of people out: women, African Americans, native peoples. Today, corporations like PES are trying to make sure that the right to breathe is only extended to the few, polluting most in largely low-income neighborhoods of color. But we know that everyone has the right to breathe clean, healthy air. So we're building a movement for everyone.

Join us November 23rd as we bring our Declaration to PES' door. We'll hear speakers who feel the impacts of the oil refinery every day, present and ratify the Declaration of Our Right To Breathe, then make sure that PES knows we're here and we're not going away.
