Philly Thrive & Young Chances Foundation are hosting a joint fundraiser! Our organizations are both led by South Philadelphians working to build community and a better future for our families. Young Chances Foundation works to make our neighborhoods safer by giving children and teens a space to come together to build leadership, learn job skills, and strengthen their relationships to reduce neighborhood violence. Philly Thrive works to make our neighborhoods safer by organizing so fossil fuel companies can no longer pollute our air and poison our communities.
