As Hilco Redevelopment Partners takes over at the PES refinery site, what can be learned from how Hilco's redevelopment has unfolded in Chicago at the Crawford Coal Plant? All are welcome to attend this virtual teach-in and get curious about stories from the Chicago neighborhood of Little Village since Hilco purchased the site in 2017.
