Over the last two years, Philly Thrive has grown significantly, transitioning from having 4 staff to 10 full and part-time staff. As we stabilize and cement this growth, we're hiring for a couple roles! 

Co-Managing Director, full-time (32 hours/week), rolling application deadline

Philly Thrive is delighted to have hired an Interim Co-Managing Director, and we're continuing our search for a long-term Co-Director! 

• Support sustainable organization-building, ensuring synergy of Philly Thrive’s basebuilding, campaign and policy work, community support programs
• Provide staff accountability and support the ongoing development of the member-led Board

Resourcing Coordinator (32 hours/week)

• The Resourcing Coordinator is responsible for raising the resources that Philly Thrive needs to win our Right to Thrive, and supporting members to spend our budge
