On Tuesday, October 26, Philly Thrive held its monthly Movement Assembly. About 25 people came to hear about what action circles had been up to in the past month.

There was a real celebratory vibe as some new members were enthusiastic to hear more about the movement. We heard personal testimony from members old and new.

The communications circle and the strategy circle presented and led activities. The communications circle discussed ways in which circles can better communicate to each other and across the movement. Strategy shared about the upcoming action. The action will involve using sticky notes as a “reminder” to PRPA of their commitment against fossil fuel expansion at Southport.
